BAR SETUP
Decide if you only need a certified & insured bartender to work at your event or a bartender plus a sleek pop-up bar station for them to serve from.
SINGLE BAR & BARTENDER | $600 Day
Travel ready, portable satellite bar able to be decorated to match any event theme you've imagined.
BARTENDER ONLY | $50 HR
Do you already have a spot for us to work from? Perfect! Our certified bartenders will meet you on site ready with their own bar tools to mix & serve guests whatever drinks you've got planned.
DOUBLE BAR & BARTENDERs | $900 Day
Two is better than one! Double bars are suitable for larger events spaces & higher guest counts. This option will optimize drink flow service or could provide an alternative bar location on-site.
DRINK SERVICE
Combine our Single or Double Bars with a Drink Service package. Included with any Drink Service selection, we'll provide: essential bar tools & equipment, disposable cups, napkins, straws/stirrers, ice, coolers, plus mixers (soda, juices, bitters, etc.) & garnish (limes, lemons, salt, etc.) complimentary to your beverage choices. We can create a custom drink menu display for no additional charge!
HYDRATION STATION | 6 gal | $50
Staying hydrated is essential during any celebration. We'll provide your choice of water or tea to encourage safe alcohol consumption for partygoers. Fruit infusions will enhance this refreshment option!
Coffee Bar | 3 gal $175 | 5 Gal $250
Working together with our friends at BMR, we'll provide your choice blend of locally roasted coffee, served hot or iced, complete with seasonal creamers, unique syrups, etc. to make the perfect cup!
BOTTLES/CANS | 6 products | $250
Sometimes it's easier to just grab and go. Pick a combination of six bottles or canned products to be served: beer, seltzer, wine, champagne, etc. & we'll keep em' popping while you party.
Boozy THREE | 3 products | $300
Mimosas? Margaritas? Old Fashioned? Pick a combination of three signature cocktail recipes that will be highlighted during the event.
NON-ALCOHOLIC | 3 products | $350
Keeping your event professional? No worries! We'll make three no-proof product suggestions that will satisfy your guests just as if they were making pour decisions on their own. Ask about our mocktail recipes!
BB BASIC | 6 products | $450
Want to mix things up? Pick a combination of any six products to be served: mixed drinks, beer, cider, seltzers, champagne, wine, etc. to give guests options!
BEST OF BB | 10 products | $600
You really can have it all! Pick a combination of ten products to be served: rum, vodka, gin, whiskey, tequila, beer, wine, etc. to create a full bar experience wherever you are!
Drink Service packages are not applicable with a "Bartender Only" booking. Clients must provide any alcohol being offered, but we'll prepare a detailed shopping list & help with the order placement. During our consultation, we'll discuss anticipated guest count, length of bar service, menu design & more of what to expect from us as a dry hire.
PRIVATE COCKTAIL CLASS
90-mins | $30 PP
Host a hands-on, guided cocktail or mocktail class for you & guests to learn basic mixology skills from one of our bartending instructors. Sessions will feature a brief spirit background & explain essential bartending techniques. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to try new drink recipes & add bartending skills to their repertoire.
