Absolutely! After you submit our contact form, we'll follow up to answer any basic questions up front. Next step, we calendar a time for consultation. That's when we can really get an understanding of what your event vision is & have you complete a questionnaire that we'll use to assemble a custom proposal for services. Once booked, we'll continue to check in with you as needed to make sure everything is on track for success. Then just before the big day we'll confirm details, align expectations & clarify any last questions before showing up.
Our Bartender Only rate is $50 an hour. Bundle prices range between $1,300- $2,300 depending on bar setup & drink service selections. Our Private Cocktail Class rate begins at $30 Per Person. A dry hire is where a mobile bartender is hired for an event to serve only & pour alcohol that has already been purchased by the client, caterer or venue. This method is similar to an open bar, leaving no payment needed from individual guests.
No, we operate as a dry hire or pour service only. We do not buy, sell or transport alcohol at any time. However, we will work closely with you to provide a detailed shopping list, help with the order placement & suggest reliable local retailers to buy from.

Certified bartenders & potentially one or both of our pop-up bars. Included with any drink service package we will provide: essential bar tools, disposable cups, straws/stirrers, napkins, ice, mixers, & garnishes complimentary to your drink selections.
Yes. We carry general & liquor liability insurance. We can provide a COI upon request.
Yes, we practice responsible beverage services. Maryland requires approved alcohol training on several topics including federal laws, how to determine if someone is intoxicated, tips for refusing service to a customer, plus how to check & verify identification. We can provide a copy of our certificates upon request.
This can vary, but our standard is one bartender per 50-75 guests. This allows for a steady flow of drinks without extended wait times.
We suggest a 15% host supplied gratuity & a tip jar on the bar or a 30% overall host supplied gratuity & no tip jar. That's one of the items we'll discuss during consultation.
We anticipate for at least one hour of setup & half an hour of breakdown. More time may be required to coordinate with the venue, receive the alcohol order & day-of instructions from the host.
Yes. We require a 30% deposit once our service agreement has been signed. Final payment of the invoice must be received 14 days prior to the event date. We accept payment in the form of cash, check & all major credit cards.
If you don't want the celebration to end & need us to stick around a little longer, we usually can. This will need to be coordinated with the bartender working & venue for confirmation. Updated bar services will be invoiced as the event concludes.
We get it, the stars didn't align. If you need to cancel our services, you can still apply your deposit to a future event if it falls within 6 months of the original date. We’ll refund your deposit, minus a $200 administration fee, if you cancel more than 30 days from the event. Cancelations made less than 30 days from the event will not be refunded. Events that end earlier than initially invoiced are not eligible for a refund of unused time.
