the name

BritterBooze is a combination of the nicknames I was called growing up. My friends call be "Brit" and my family refer to me as "Boo" so once we added some alcohol into the mix for bartending, ta-da! BritterBooze seemed right.

the why

Bartending is a front row seat to watching human interactions at their core. Individuals connecting with each other through some common interest or celebration, holding a drink (maybe even nibbling on some tasty morsels) almost always smiling or chatting intensely about a particular topic- is the epitome of hospitality.

the pour

Serving beverages gives people a vessel to hold; a symbol for relaxation or coping, to be included amongst a crowd full of strangers or loved ones. It takes all kinds of kinds to build relationships just like it takes all types of ingredients to build cocktails.
