There’s a specific moment at every event, usually about thirty minutes in, where the "hosting jitters" finally melt away. The first round is served, the ice is cracking, and people start to actually talk to each other. That’s why BritterBooze exists. We believe a celebration is a story with its own rhythm, and we’re here to manage that flow so you don’t have to. Our bartenders guide every event through a specific three-part framework designed to keep you present and your guests cared for.
The Welcome. This looks like a bar set up with purpose. Tools are organized, ingredients are placed with a professional familiarity, and the bar top is clean and inviting. When that first guest walks up, they aren’t met with a flustered "just a minute," but with an environment that says, "We’ve been waiting for you." Our job is to make sure that when a guest walks up to the bar, they aren't just getting a drink. They’re getting a minute to catch their breath and a cold beverage that feels like an invitation to stay a while.
The Witness. This looks like noticing the exact moment the ceremony ends and having the first round of cocktails ready before the crowd even reaches the bar. It’s handling the subtle ebbs and flows of an event- like keeping quiet during toasts and ensuring that while the party is loud and lively, the bar remains steady and organized with warm hospitality. We see the smiles exchanged between guests and the sigh of satisfaction that comes with sipping a good drink.
The Well-Wish. This is the intentional transition from "party mode" to handing out a refreshing water bottle as guests head home. Behind the scenes, we’re handling the breakdown so the host isn’t left with the "aftermath" of a mountain of trash or sticky counters. We leave your space better than we found it, so your final memory of the night is the celebration, not the cleanup.
It’s simple, it’s grounded, and it’s how hospitality should feel.

BritterBooze makes beverage coordination effortless by letting you customize your level of support. Once you’ve selected a bar setup, you can optionally bundle it with our Drink Services. If chosen, we'll handle all the shopping for mixers, garnishes, ice, and disposables. During our consultation, you’ll receive a tailored alcohol shopping guide based on the beverage menu to keep your purchases easy to find. You'll just leave the booze by the by the bar and we'll take care of the rest.

Our standard mixer package includes a variety of sodas, tonic water, juices, syrups, bitters, garnishes, ice, napkins, straws, 12oz and 9oz cups complementary to your desired beverage choices.
Working together with our friends at Black Mountain Roasters, we'll provide your choice blends of locally roasted coffee served hot or iced, with seasonal creamers and unique syrups to make the perfect cup.

Staying hydrated is essential during any celebration. We'll provide your choice of water, iced tea or lemonade to encourage safe alcohol consumption for partygoers. Fruit infusions will enhance this refreshment option.
Always consider the variety of products you'll want to offer guests. In our world, "products" simply means the types of alcohol we are pouring. For example, if you want to serve 2-3 beers or seltzers, 2-3 wines, and signature cocktails, that is a 10-product menu because cocktails often require multiple spirits to create a single recipe. Limiting your product count allows us to design a curated, high-impact menu that keeps your shopping list manageable and lines moving during cocktail hour.
